The "Dual System" in Germany as a wholesaler

After school many people in Germany start with vocational training as a wholesaler in the "Dual System".The "Dual System" in Germany means that the people do a practical job training in the company and learn the theoretical aspects of their jobs at school. The trainees go to school one or two days per week and the other days they work in the companies. So they learn both theory and practice at the same time (Normally the period of training takes two or three years. In the middle of their training they sit a small examination which tests them to see what they have learnt). The vocational training ends with a final examination.
