Who we are

We are 16 students, and we attend this school for three months every training-year. We are all trainees for the job of an administrative employee. Every trainee comes from a different administration in the rural district of Nienburg/Weser.  Some work at the local government, the municipal authorities, the Armed Forces administration and last but not least at the church office.
 

The apprenticeship lasts three years and is divided into a practical and a theoretical part. The theoretical part consists of general education (for example EDP or politics) and specific education, for example, administrative procedure.
 

At school we often work in groups. This is interesting and important because we learn to work in a team. We also learn to take into account the many changes we have to face in the present and future of modern administration.
